How to return

You have 7 days from the shipping date to return your purchase from Grandz Bag free of charge.

How to Return
  1. Log in to your Grandz Bag Account.
  2. Go to Returns.
  3. Select the Order you wish to return.
  4. Place the return by accessing your order information through “Request a Return.”

Special Conditions

Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfill certain criteria to be returned:

  • Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.
  • Underwear: underwear items may not be exchanged or returned except for tops, bodysuits, and vests from the Kids’ section kept in their original packaging.
  • Accessories: must be returned in their full original packaging.
Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order within the same day before 1600 Hours as United Arab Emirates Standard Time.

United Arab Emirates Standard Time or UAE Standard Time is the time zone for the UAE. It is given by Gulf Standard Time, being 4 hours ahead of GMT/UTC (UTC+04:00) and is co-linear with neighboring Oman. The UAE does not change clocks for Daylight Savings Time.

Refund Policy

The refund will be made in your wallet, and you can purchase goods again with the specific amount, or you can withdraw into your bank account.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

Special Note: Refund will be only the price of the product you’d purchased.
